Appellant Joy L. Benner was one of two defendants in an interpleader suit by Prudential Life Insurance Company to determine the beneficiary of two policies on the life of Arthur J. Pedersen, deceased. The appellant was the last named beneficiary endorsed on the policies in question. The beneficiary previously named therein was Elizabeth K.
