PER CURIAM.

We consider an application of appellants, Jesse Cayson and Doyle Cayson, filed March 12, 1962, for an order permitting them to file in the Circuit Court of Okaloosa County a petition for writ of error coram nobis.

The Caysons were indicted in the Circuit Court of Okaloosa County on a charge of murdering one Les Wilson, and in November, 1958, were convicted and sentenced to a term of life imprisonment in the state penitentiary. The judgment of conviction...
