This suit, and the two companion cases consolidated for trial arose out of a three car collision which occurred at approximately 8:30 on the morning of August 11, 1960 on Louisiana Highway No. 19 between Ethel and Slaughter, in the Parish of East Feliciana, Louisiana. Doyle F. Harrell was driving a 1959 Ford automobile in a southerly direction on said highway, followed by a 1959 Ford driven by Mrs. Doris Darden. Isabelle Taylor was driving a 1957 Pontiac...
