This litigation was initiated to invalidate certain transactions negotiated by H. C. Warren as County Judge of Garland County during the year 1959. In these transactions Warren, acting in the capacity of County Judge, bought numerous expensive pieces of used road building equipment from Paul G. Goodwin on divers occasions, each time delivering to him used county equipment as a down payment. On these occasions Warren executed a purchase contract together...
