This suit was brought by Mrs. Dorotha M. Redwine, a widow, to establish her undivided interest in a 100 acre tract of land in Wise County, Texas. On December 4, 1944, Amy Boyd executed a warranty deed to the property in question "for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and No/100 ($10.00) Dollars Love and Affection to me paid, by J. H.
