Defendants-Appellants were indicted for, and convicted by a jury of, conspiracy (Title 18 U.S.C.A. § 371) to violate § 1010, Title 18 U.S.C.A. (making false and fraudulent statements in a Federal Housing Administration transaction), and of substantive violations. The conspiracy was charged in Count I. In Counts II and III, defendant Bobbie Baum Darnell was charged with substantive violations of said § 1010; in Count IV, defendants...
