The plaintiff, Carl M. Jonash, filed a complaint in divorce a.v.m. on the ground of indignities. The testimony was taken before the Honorable HENRY X. O'BRIEN, then a judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County. Before Judge O'BRIEN decided the case he was elevated to the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
