Renedo and Nieves Maria Renedo, his wife, and Chatham Investments, Inc., from an amended final judgment in eminent domain proceedings instituted by Dade County, a political subdivision of the state of Florida, in which a strip of land five feet in depth and several hundred feet in length was taken for the purpose of widening N.E. Eighty-second Street between North Miami Avenue and Biscayne Boulevard in Dade County, Florida...
