This action for declaratory judgment challenges the constitutionality of Senate File 504, now Chapter 69, Acts of the Fifty-ninth General Assembly, I.C.A. § 41.1, relating to the reapportionment of state senatorial districts.

It should, of course, be kept in mind it is not our function to determine the wisdom of a legislative act. Unless it contravenes the Constitution, it is valid.
