Max Grossmann and Morris Evans, as lessors, sued Dan F. Barney, their lessee, for the unpaid rent under a ten-year lease agreement. The trial court awarded judgment to the lessors for $1,400 unpaid rent and $600.00 attorney's fees, but denied most of their claim by reason of their arbitrary refusal to consent to a sublease.
