This is an action of tort in four counts to recover for personal injuries and property damage sustained by the plaintiff when a steel girder was "pushed" into his automobile by a bus owned by the defendant Eastern Massachusetts Street Railway Company, and operated by the defendant John E. Sieber, its employee.
