This appeal is from a judgment holding Claim 6 of United States Letters Patent Reissue No. 23,354, reissued April 10, 1951, to be valid and infringed. The judgment ordered an accounting to determine damages, and enjoined the defendant from further infringement. The opinion, findings of fact, and conclusions of law of the district court are reported at 192 F.Supp. 223
