This was an action for divorce brought by appellee, Leroy Shireman, against appellant, Nellie L. Shireman. The only statutory ground alleged in the complaint was that during their married life appellant was guilty of cruel and inhuman treatment toward appellee. Appellant filed a cross-petition for separation from bed and board, alleging that during their married life appellee had been guilty of habitual cruelty toward her; that there was such constant strife...
