Plaintiff seeks judgment on the ground that the defendant has been unjustly enriched as a result of coercion and duress alleged to have been exercised by defendant's officials, particularly a Mr. Moore, which plaintiff claims induced its execution of the 1944 renegotiation agreement, and by virtue of a mistake of law in interpretation of the covenant against contingent fees contained in the contract.
