Arthur W. Parks died July 15, 1960; his widow, Susan, is executrix under the will and sole beneficiary. In the course of the administration of the estate she filed an Inventory and Appraisement, item 17 of which recites a one-fifth interest in a testamentary trust created by Corinna J.
