Chambers County brought this action to establish an easement and right-of-way for highway purposes over four tracts of land that constitute segments in what is designated as the Sykes Road and the Rice Farm Road, which roads, including the portions here in controversy, were claimed by the county to be public roads. The county alleged vast expenditures of public funds for the improvement and maintenance of such roadways, and its claim to such easement...
