PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of lascivious acts with a minor in violation of section 725.2, Code 1958, I.C.A., pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not to exceed three years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. Defendant's appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no reversible error. Hence the judgment is
