PER CURIAM.

Defendant was indicted, tried before court and jury and convicted of the crime of robbery with aggravation in violation of sections 711.1 and 711.2, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was sentened to an indeterminate term not exceeding 25 years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
