PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of conspiracy to commit a felony in violation of section 719.1, Code 1958, I.C.A. He pleaded guilty and was sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding three years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
