This is a tort action in which plaintiff, Cline G. Broussard, seeks to recover from Marius C. Lormand and his public liability insurer, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company, damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained by plaintiff as a result of a motor vehicle collision. The case was tried by jury, and the trial resulted in a verdict for plaintiff for the sum of $3,000.00. Judgment was rendered in accordance with that verdict...
