Simon Jake, an employee of the Colleton Sand Company, died from drowning while on the premises of his employer. The Industrial Commission held that his death was caused by an accident which arose out of and in the course of his employment and made an award to his widow for death benefits under the South Carolina Workmen's Compensation Act.
