PER CURIAM.

Defendant was charged by county attorney's information with the crime of assault with intent to commit manslaughter in violation of section 694.5, Code 1958, I.C.A. He was duly convicted and sentenced to an indeterminate term not exceeding five years in the men's penitentiary at Fort Madison and ordered to pay the costs of prosecution. His appeal comes to us upon a clerk's transcript which reveals no error. Hence the judgment is
