Leon Manley under an indictment charging him with the offense of bastardy was tried and convicted in the City Court of Walker County. His amended motion for new trial was denied and he excepted to that judgment. Held:

1. Special grounds 4 and 10 of the amended motion assign error on the refusal of the court to give in charge to the jury in the exact language requested two timely written requests which appear to have been correct statements...
