Brannon, an inmate of Louisiana State Penitentiary, Angola, Louisiana, instituted this action against defendant Peerless Insurance Company, in the capacity of liability insurer of a Moline D-6 tractor owned by the Penitentiary and allegedly insured by defendant under a fleet liability policy issued in the name of the State of Louisiana, seeking recovery of damages from said insurer for personal injuries allegedly sustained by plaintiff...
