Suit was filed by plaintiff, Wallace Vidrine, against New Amsterdam Casualty Company, the workmen's compensation carrier of plaintiff's employer, Deo Fruge. The plaintiff seeks workmen's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability which resulted from his contracting tuberculosis during the course and scope of his employment.
