This is a suit, in tort, by petitioner, Alfred L. Lea against various defendants. The Defendants are Earl Cannon, in whose truck the petitioner was riding as a guest passenger at the time of the accident; Southern Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company, the liability insurer of the Cannon truck; J. C. Martin, the operator of a truck which was involved in the accident, his employer, Travis Alford, the owner of the truck, and his liability insurer...
