LANDRY, Judge.
Plaintiff herein, Melvin Porche, instituted this action against his employer, Reliable Battery Company, claiming benefits under the workmen's compensation law of this state for an alleged disabling back injury assertedly incurred within the scope and during the course of plaintiff's employment by defendant.
