Appellant has appealed from a decision of the Patent Office Board of Appeals which affirmed the examiner's rejection of claims 8 and 9 of appellant's application1 for patent for a "LIQUID RECONCENTRATING APPARATUS." Both claims were rejected as unpatentable over Harris2 the only cited prior art reference.

Appellant's invention is disclosed as embodied in a reconcentrator for liquid dehydrating...
