No. 43,669, filed January 9, 1958, claiming first use in January, 1957, is to register on the Principal Register the words "BEAUTY NET," without regard to form, simply as a word mark. The description of the goods in the application as filed was "hair spray set." As it stands before us, however, the description has been amended to "hair spray."
