Yvonne Brown, an emancipated minor, brought this suit seeking damages for personal injuries and medical expenses resulting from a fall which occurred while she was leaving the Baton Rouge Bus Company's bus while it was stopped at its downtown terminal. The alleged reason for the admitted fall was the claim that the floor and steps of the bus had become muddy and slippery due to passengers entering and leaving the bus with dirty feet on the rainy...
