This is an appeal by Dale C. Olmstead (hereinafter referred to as "petitioner") from an order of the Secretary of Revenue of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (hereinafter referred to as the "secretary") suspending his license to operate a motor vehicle for a period of six months. There was a hearing on the matter before the court on June 25, 1962.
