The offense is cattle theft, with a prior conviction for an offense of like character alleged for enhancement; the punishment, ten years.

Sam C. Cathey testified that sometime ago he had been in the cattle business; that two years previously his son took over the business; that the cattle on the Cathey place and on the appellant's adjoining property became mixed because the fence was in bad repair...
