For the reasons this day assigned in the case of Robert Daniel v. Orbie Reed and National Surety Corporation, number 5469 on the docket of this court, La.App., 137 So.2d 645, we are of the opinion that no negligence on the part of defendant, Orbie Reed, has been shown and the judgment of the district court is affirmed.
