In this action plaintiff, Kenneth Krizan, a radio announcer or "disc jockey" seeks recovery from his employer, Storz Broadcasting Company, defendant herein, of the sum of $4,350.00 for the alleged breach of a fixed term employment contract between the litigants by virtue of said defendant's reputed termination of the contract without cause prior to its expiration date.
