This is an attempted appeal from the District Court of Van Zandt County, Texas, wherein the court granted a writ of mandamus requiring the Justice of the Peace of Precinct #5 to transfer a misdemeanor complaint to the Justice Court of Precinct #7, both in Van Zandt County.
