This case is before us on a writ of error filed by the defendant, Carl Markuson, who is now confined in the State Reformatory under a sentence following a verdict of guilty. He was tried on an information charging him with the offense of grand larceny in the first degree. The information, on which he was tried separately, charged that he, Robert Michael Lettiere, William George Canfield, and John Edward Sta. Maria on February 12, 1960, stole the sum...
