Subsequent to the notice of appeal filed by plaintiff, plaintiff died and the appeal has been carried on by his personal representative. Decedent's name is given as Kacee, which was the one used throughout nearly all of the proceedings, although his true name was Kassianov, and decedent sometimes is referred to as "plaintiff" in this opinion.
