Virginia D. Patterson, plaintiff in the trial court, appeals a summary final judgment rendered for the defendant-appellee, a corporate publishing establishment of Tampa, Florida. The plaintiff sued to recover damages for alleged invasion of her right of privacy through publication of progress docket entries reflecting judicial commitment of the plaintiff as a narcotic.
