This is an action at law brought by Thomas R. Main, plaintiff, against Hulda Sorgenfrei, defendant, to recover property damage to the plaintiff's "auto car tractor" which was pulling a Trailmobile trailer, hereinafter referred to as the plaintiff's truck, or truck, and for personal injuries and loss of profits sustained by the plaintiff when his truck collided with a 1958 Chevrolet automobile driven by the defendant.
