The present appeal is a companion case to State, ex rel., v. Showalter, this day decided, Kan. 562, 370 P.2d 408. The two cases were filed at the same time and were proceedings brought by the county attorney of Butler county to oust from office two members of the board of county commissioners of Butler county.
