When his automobile and that of defendant were in collision on September 8, 1960 plaintiff principally sustained injuries to his neck. During the ensuing 13 days a general practitioner prescribed medication on three occasions for symptoms of pain, muscular stiffness and loss of motion in the paraspinal area.
