The defendant, Galloway, was arrested in Colorado on a warrant issued on a criminal indictment in the District of Columbia. Pursuant to Rule 40(b) (3), Fed.R.Crim.P., 18 U.S.C.A., the United States District Court for the District of Colorado executed a warrant of removal.
