Plaintiff sought some $19,000 damages for the destruction of her home, furnishings, and personal belongings in an explosion and fire occurring August 22, 1959. She joined as defendants the company which had furnished her natural gas and the company which had performed certain work in the maintenance of the service line. The case was tried to a jury with resulting verdict for plaintiff and judgment for $10,654...
