This is an action for damages instituted by Leon Liprie, individually and as administrator for the estate of his minor son, Anthony J. Liprie. Plaintiff alleges that his wife, Mrs. Betty Lou Liprie, was negligent in leaving their infant child, Anthony J. Liprie, unattended in a bathtub, and that as a result of her negligence the child turned on the hot water faucet in the tub and sustained severe burns.
