This is an appeal by defendant, Gerald Douglas Taylor, from the judgment of the circuit court awarding plaintiff, Barbara Lynn Taylor, $150 as attorneys' fees in her suit for divorce. At the outset of his brief, defendant tells us that "the issue tried below and the issue here is whether or not the purported marriage of the plaintiff and the defendant was void," and that his theory of the case is that, "if void, since the court only had jurisdiction...
