This is a workmen's compensation suit instituted by Adall Harris against his employer, Central Plumbing & Heating Company, and its insurer, Great American Indemnity Company, in which plaintiff alleges that he is totally and permanently disabled as a result of an accident which occurred on January 4, 1960.
