GREENHILL, Justice.
The opinion heretofore rendered on November 15, 1961, is withdrawn and the following is substituted therefor.
The Statute of Frauds states, among other things, that no action shall be brought in any court to charge any person upon a promise to answer for the debt, default, or miscarriage of another unless the promise be in writing.
