This appeal was prosecuted from a judgment amending and homologating a provisional account, filed by the judicial receiver of the Press of H. N. Cornay, an insolvent corporation, which was placed in receivership during the month of July 1959. The business was continued in the hope of making a success thereof by R. V. Whittaker, receiver, under the supervision of the court, for approximately seventeen months, and was finally closed on December 31, 1960...
