This is an appeal from a judgment of the Floyd Circuit Court which affirmed an award of the Workmen's Compensation Board. The principal basis for this appeal is the alleged failure of the appellee Scott Wallen to give notice as soon as practicable after he first became apprised of the fact that he had silicosis.
