On execution initiated by plaintiff, the sheriff of Lackawanna County sold personal property of defendant, Wilson Lumber Company, on February 27, 1958. Deducting costs, the sheriff has for distribution the sum of $956.26. Both the Commonwealth and the United States claim the fund, so the sheriff petitioned for leave to pay the money into court and have the court decree distribution.
